Frame Work

✨ Release... Let go of what you’ve been silently carrying. I'll create space for you to open up and safely release the thoughts, emotions, and pain you’ve been suppressing, the ones that have kept you feeling stuck, alone, or not enough.

✨ Rebuild...Reconnect with who you are beyond your diagnosis. I'll begin rebuilding your confidence, identity, and self-worth with you by helping you shift the beliefs that have been holding you back and strengthen the way you see yourself.

✨ Rise...Step into a life that still feels meaningful, joyful, and yours. Together, i'll help you move forward with more self-love, clarity, and emotional freedom so you can start living in a way that feels aligned, fulfilling, and empowering.

What You’ll Walk Away With

PHASE 1: RELEASE (Weeks 1–4)

Let go of what you’ve been silently carrying. This phase is about creating safety, trust, and emotional space so your you can finally exhale.

PHASE 2: REBUILD (Weeks 5–8)

Reconnect with who you are beyond your diagnosis. Now you have space this is where I will help you to rebuild your identity and self-worth.

PHASE 3: RISE (Weeks 9–12)

Step into a life that feels meaningful, joyful, and yours. This is where you begin to move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.

The Curriculum:

  • Week 1: Creating safety & being Seen:

    Setting intentions for your journey. Building trust, emotional safety and opening up (at your pace). You beginning to feel heard for the first time. Focus will be: “I don’t have to hold this in anymore”

  • Week 2: Telling your story:

    Gently exploring your lived experience, giving you permission to express what you have been holding in naming emotions (example grief, anger, shame, loneliness). Focus will be: Your story matters”

  • Week 3: Releasing suppressed emotions:

    Identifying what you've been bottling up and release practices (journaling, voice, reflection). Letting go of internal pressure to “be strong”. Focus will be: “It’s safe to feel”

  • Week 4: Letting go of limiting beliefs:

    Uncovering beliefs like: “I’m broken”. “I’ve failed as a woman”. “This is my fault”. Gently challenging and reframing these. Focus will be: “These thoughts are not my truth”

  • Week 5: Reconnecting to yourself:

    Who am I beyond my condition? Exploring identity outside of pain and struggle, rebuilding self-awareness. Focus will be: “I am more than what I’ve been through”

  • Week 6: Self-Worth & inner dialogue:

    Shifting negative self-talk, building a kinder, more supportive inner voice and reconnecting with your values as a woman. Focus will be: “I am worthy as I am”

  • Week 7: Confidence & emotional strength:

    Rebuilding confidence from within, recognising your resilience, strength and emotional regulation tools. Focus will be: “I trust myself again”

  • Week 8: Boundaries & Self-Respect:

    Learning to say no without guilt, protecting you energy (especially with health challenges) prioritising youself without shame. Focus will be: “I am allowed to put myself first”

  • Week 9: Rediscovering Joy & Desire:

    What brings you joy now? Reconnecting with things that make you feel good. Allowing youself to want more from life. Focus will be: “I deserve joy”

  • Week 10: Vision & Future Self:

    Who do you want to become? Creating a vision beyond you current reality. Letting go of fear around you future. Focus will b: “My life is still mine to create

  • Week 11: Taking Empowered Action:

    Small aligned steps forward, building confidence through action, letting go of perfectionism. Focus will be: “I can move forward at my own pace”

  • Week 12: Integration & Rising:

    Reflecting on you journey, celebrating growth and transformation, creating a plan to continue beyond coaching. Focus will be: “I am rising into who I’m becoming”

This is my 12 week programme built around my frame work but the coaching itself is completely tailored and bespoke to you & your required needs.
